Production Notes:

The Project-Definition Team took out the Samsung NX1 and shot it on variable resolutions and frame rates. They ranged from 4K at 24FPS, 1080p at 60FPS and 120FPS.

The DJI Ronin was very helpful and a goto when it comes to handheld shots. Additionally, the custom carbon fiber DSLR rig we had proved to be more than helpful as the DJI Ronin got quite heavy at times.

The interviews were shot on a Canon 5D Mark III, which can be seen at the credits, and audio was recorded from a Rode NTG-2 shotgun microphone to a Zoom H6 field recorder.

We also obtained a rolling caged cart as a new arsenal in our filmmaking tools. It proved rather useful as it gave us smoother shots than with just the gimbal alone.

Post Production Notes:

The film was first edited in Sony Vegas Pro 13, then brought over to Adobe Premiere for fine tuning. After Effects was then used for adding the graphics and misc items. All of it was then exported back to Sony Vegas where the credits from Adobe Photoshop were prepared and finalized as High Definition 1080p.
